Dashboard 1: Clinical Performance Optimization

The aim of the dashboard is to provide an overview of patient distribution by offices and payors. The dashboard also helps assign patients to appropriate office based on patient location.

Dashboard 2: Revenue Cycle Management

This dashboard visualizes the risk adjustment factor score and gaps at both the Center and PCP levels. It also shows the medical cost summary for each PCP. The purpose of the dashboard is to help leadership team to take actions to improve revenue and contral medical costs for medical centers.
